Office of Development at COMSATS University Islamabad, Abbottabad Campus

On June 03, 2011, the sub Office of Development (OD) COMSATS University Islamabad, Abbottabad Campus Started working at COMSATS University Islamabad, Abbottabad Campus. The prime objective of the office is to build a substantial asset base to ensure the support provided to the talented and deserving students through COMSATS University Endowment fund scholarship, which cover the student entire fee while being enrolled at COMSATS University. The office of development aims at developing strong link with its alumni in particular and corporate entities /NGOs in general to generate a steady income stream to hedge against the volatility of available funds in an uncertain economic environment. In this connection, OD is involved in planning and execution of different events like workshops, alumni reunion and seminars. The office of development is committed to make COMSATS University self-sustainable by providing greater financial autonomy.

  3. Dhamtour Scholarships
  4. Scholarships for top 10 Board position holders
  5. MS Merit based Scholarships
  6. Female Merit Based Scholarship & Need Based Scholarship in First semester
  7. HEC Needs Based Scholarship
  8. Special Scholarships for Gilgit-Baltistan, Kala Dhaka, Battagram, Kohistan, Upper Tanawal areas
  9. Worker Welfare Fund (from the relevant WWB)
  10. Sibling Concession
  11. Army Wards (GHQ)
  12. Benevolent Fund (processed by Federal Employees Benevolent and Group Insurance Fund)
  13. Fauji Foundation Scholarship
  14. PM Tuition Fee Reimbursement Scheme
