Department of Chemistry had a dire aspiration to improve further to acquire respectable position as world class department. For this purpose, there several activities such as conferences, workshops, community service, awareness campaigns, curricular activities, etc needed to be organized. In this regard, Salimuzzaman Siddiqui Chemical Society  was established with the following objectives.

• Establishment of platform for faculty, student and Alumni of Chemistry department Abbottabad campus and all other relevant and interested candidates
• Awarance of our students with the new developments in the field of chemistry
• National and international level recognition
• Organizing several events including workshops, trainings, conferences, etc.
• Community services
