The inaugural ceremony of Students Week spring 2022 of COMSATS University Islamabad Abbottabad Campus was held on 23 May 2022 at 10: AM in the Front of A Block. The main objective to celebrate this week is to provide a platform to students as well as faculty to learn, cooperate and show their true potential by participating in different activities. The main theme chosen for this event is “Hum Aik Hain” which shows solidarity.   

The ceremony started with the recitation of the Holy Quran followed by student performances. All the societies were presented with their themes. Many Faculty members, Staff, and Students were present at the venue for the opening ceremony.  

            Mr. Umar Hassan (Students Week In charge) welcomed Chief Guests and Merit Prof. Dr. Imtiaz Ali Khan was invited for a speech, he appreciated the students and teachers. CUI pays great attention to the extra-curricular activities and ensures that Students’ Week is organized and commemorated with full zest and zeal. CUI invests in the student body to become leaders by organizing these festive events and acknowledges their efforts and hard work. All societies and sports teams were announced, and they entered the venue in a colorful manner.  In the end, certificates were distributed to all the participants. Chief Guests and the Director appreciated the efforts of everyone involved in the arrangement of the activities.
