IEEE Students Branch celebrated Pakistan Day with students of Modern School System, Abbottabad

It was a 23rd March Pakistan Resolution Day Activity Organized by IEEE COMSATS Abbottabad SB for the children of “COMSATS Sweet Home”.“COMSATS Sweet Home” is an orphanage for ‘8th October, 2005 Earthquake’ effected children and now these 108 orphan children are completely supported and being educated by COMSATS Abbottabad. It was a one day event which was held from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. The purpose of the event was to spend quality time, good interaction, encourage & bring awareness of history of the country with the orphan children of “COMSATS Sweet Home” and all of Children were really brilliant.

*Non IEEE Members Volunteers from COMSATS ATD also joined us for this activity and they had a very good experience.
*For First time ever, Students from COMSATS ATD visited COMSATS Sweet Home Children.
*First Humanitarian activity of IEEE Team 2017.
