Research Interests
The research in my Lab is focused on: 1. Design, synthesis and development of novel small-molecule drugs and multitarget inhibitors to treat human diseases including cancer (e.g. breast cancer), metabolic diseases (e.g. type II diabetes) and neurological diseases (e.g. Alzheimer’s disease (AD)) using medicinal chemistry strategies in association with computer-aided rational drug design.
