Thank you for your interest in studies at the COMSATS University Islamabad, Abbottabad Campus.

All the applicants have to go through a regular process of admission which includes filling of application form till they qualify the merit list and if found eligible, will be fortunate to get admission in CUI. Due to the limited number of seats in each program, above average grades usually entitle one for admission into a program. In order for any application to be assessed, the university must receive a complete application form along with required documents. The applicant has to meet the competence standard in order to qualify for admission. One must meet both the general requirements and the prerequisites for specific faculties and programs on offer.

Admissions in CUI are granted on the basis of open merit amongst the eligible candidates subject to the availability of seats in each program.

• The candidates may apply in response to admission advertisement appearing in the print media and on CUI website, Admission form is available on our online admission portal by due date.
• All eligible candidates are considered for admission in any degree program without any discrimination on the basis of gender, religion, or domicile.
• Candidates waiting for their result of F.A. /F.Sc. or A-Level may also apply on the basis of Hope Certificate. Such candidates shall be granted provisional admission and their admission shall be confirmed on the submission of result, meeting the prerequisite marks percentage (within one month from the first day of classes)
• The merit list for each program is generated on the basis of previous academic record of the applicant and his/her performance in the admission (NTS) test.
• The list of the selected applicants is displayed on the specified dates on the campus notice board as well as on the CUI Abbottabad website.

How to Apply Online?

• Sign Up at Online Admissions System. Click here for Online Admissions Demo.
• Email Authentication After successful sign up please activate your account by authenticating your email address (to authenticate, please follow the link sent in your email from Admission System).
• Login your admission account using the login panel given at the right side of your screen.
• Enter your application details in the 12 sections (visible after login).
• Upload the required documents.
•  Pay the challan using 1 link. The status of your successful payment will be updated automatically on your admission portal. There is no need to upload a picture of the paid challan.
• NTS test is compulsory for applying in COMSATS for any degree program, without NTS test your form will not be considered for merit list. 
• NTS Test Slip will be issued to you at your admission portal account.
• Submit your application using the “Submit Application Form” link.

In case of Objection Raised

Please follow these steps in case of Objection Raised against your application

1. Understand the Objection

• Log in to your COMSATS online admission portal.
• Carefully read the specific objection message. It will explain what needs to be corrected or clarified.

2. Take Action

• Gather Necessary Documents/Information
• Based on the objection, you may need to provide additional documents, correct information, or resolve discrepancies.
• Submit Required Materials
• Upload or submit the necessary documents or information as instructed on your online portal.

3. Meet the Deadline

• Ensure you resolve the objection and resubmit your application before the specified deadline for application submission.

4. Consequences of Non-Compliance

• If the objection is not addressed and resubmitted before the deadline, your application will not be processed.

5. Other Potential Issues

• Plagiarism: If the objection involves plagiarism, CUI has an Anti-Plagiarism Policy. You may need to provide information about the original source and the allegedly plagiarized content.
• Unlawful Activity or Incorrect Information: CUI reserves the right to cancel admission if a student is found involved in unlawful activities or providing incorrect information at any stage.
• Non-Payment of Fees: Failure to pay fees can also lead to cancellation of admission.
