Department of Humanities COMSATS University Islamabad Abbottabad Campus organized a comprehensive workshop on “Computer Assisted Language Learning” on June 06, 2024 for the faculty and the students of BS English program. The event was conducted in the technologically well equipped language laboratory of the campus. Renowned resource person and researcher Professor Rustam provided valuable insights and practical knowledge regarding the topic. Emphasizing the importance of technology enhanced language learning the Chief Organizer of the workshop Dr. Rabiah Rustam reiterated that Computer Assisted Language learning is an emerging methodology practiced across the globe in the field of language teaching and learning. The teachers and learners of English language must be equipped with latest techniques to keep pace with the modern pedagogical trends in academia. The Head of the Department Dr. Nasir Ali Khan thanked the participants and expressed his commitment to arrange such insightful events in future as well.
