This scholarship program is a continuation of the USAID Funded Merit and Need-Based Scholarship Program for Flood Affected Students Phase I. The Phase II application process is now open, and interested students studying at USAID MNBSP partner universities can apply online until 16th August 2023.

To be eligible for the scholarship, students must be enrolled in the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, or 7th semester (by fall 2023) in a four/five-year undergraduate degree program. They should belong to districts/sub-districts/UC Tehsils affected by the floods identified by the Government of Pakistan/PDMA/District Administration and provide proof of flood damage and its impact on their higher education.

Kindly note that 50% of the scholarships will be reserved for female students. The scholarship coverage includes tuition fees and a stipend for the Fall 2023 and Spring 2024 semesters.
