Program Educational Objectives (PEOs) for Civil Engineering
 

CUI, Civil Engineering department Abbottabad Campus has defined and established its PEOs keeping in view the desirable attributes of our graduates and crafting the PLOs for the program. The process of selecting PEOs involved reviewing and harmonizing these with the university vision and mission statement, with rigorous involvement of senior echelons of the department. Based on the mission spelled for CUI, Civil Engineering Department, following are the three educational objectives set for the undergraduate program:
 

PEO1: Be competent in professional practice of Civil Engineering.
 

PEO2: Fulfill the needs of society on identifying and solving technical challenges in the field of Civil Engineering using fundamental engineering principles with modern tools and practices in an ethical and socially responsible manner.
 

PEO3: Demonstrate an ability to function and communicate effectively as individuals or team members and show management and entrepreneurial potential. In addition, engage in lifelong learning to continually enhance their capabilities.
